Passport Fair – Bainbridge Library

Clerk of Courts Auto Title will hold a Passport Fair on Saturday, October 4, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

• Passport application (available at event)
•  Proof of citizenship (certified birth certificate)
•  Proof of identity (photo ID or driver’s license)
•  Both parents and children  15 and younger  must appear  in person with parent’s photo ID.
•  Minors 16 and 17 require only one parent to appear in person with parent’s photo ID.
•  This is for New Applications Only, not for renewals
•  Two forms of payment are required
• Passport photo (available at event)

Bring one check for each application along with cash or a separate check for the processing fee. All applicants must be present. No expedited passport applications at GCPL passport fairs. Only new passports may be processed; no renewals. Please come to the Clerk of Courts Title office only for expedited processing.
