Pursuant to the Judgment Entry filed June 3, 2025, and in conformity with ORC 2329.44, this letter is to notify the judgment debtor(s) whose property was subject of sale at 11431 Clark Road, Chardon, Ohio 44024 entitled to receive the excess funds of $22,594.82, less court costs and poundage from the foreclosure case listed above.
To obtain these funds you must contact our office within thirty (30) days and arrange a date and time to receive these funds. You are required to appear, in person, and provide legal proof of identification at that time.
