Geauga Good Deeds

This free program is presented by Geauga County Probate Court Magistrate Abbey King, along with County Recorder, Celesta Mullins, and Clerk of Courts Sheila Bevington, to teach Geauga County residents how to avoid probate court and fees upon death.

Did you know that how you own your property today will affect how your property (anything titled including your house, auto, horse and buggy, boats, etc.) will transfer upon death? With our Good Deeds Checklist, we will go over everything you own and explain the best way to title them.
