Passport Fair – Chardon Library

Need a passport? Geauga County Clerk of Courts Auto Title has partnered with the staff of the Geauga County Public Library to provide one-stop shopping to help you complete the necessary forms, certify the paperwork and send it in for you. See the website for information.

Simply bring the following items to one of the two convenient Saturday sessions:

• Passport application (available at event)
• Proof of citizenship (certified birth certificate)
• Proof of identity (photo ID or driver’s license)
• One passport photo 2″x2″. Kate Mannella’s Photography will be on site to take your photo.
• Both parents and children 15 and younger must appear in person with parent’s photo ID.
• Minors 16 and 17 require only one parent to appear in person with parent’s photo ID.
• Two forms of payment (see below).

Bring one check for each application along with cash or a separate check for the processing fee. All applicants must be present. No expedited passport applications at GCPL passport fairs. Only new passports may be processed; no renewals. Please come to the Clerk of Courts Title office only for expedited processing.
